Online coaching delivery
Coaching is provided remotely through Trainero and other communication platforms when necessary.
Your coaching may include:
Personalized training programs.
Habit guidance.
Weekly check-ins.
Progress tracking.
Program adjustments.
Educational support.
Coaching is delivered online and does not include in-person sessions unless specifically agreed.
Clients are responsible for completing payments according to the agreed coaching plan.
Client responsibility
To receive the best coaching experience, clients agree to:
Provide accurate and honest information.
Inform Araising about relevant injuries, medical conditions, or limitations.
Follow the coaching program responsibly.
Communicate any concerns, questions, or changes that may affect coaching.
Successful coaching depends on honest communication and consistent participation.
Coaching is not medical advice
Araising provides educational fitness and lifestyle coaching.
The coaching service does not replace:
Medical advice.
Medical diagnosis.
Physical therapy.
Psychological treatment.
Emergency healthcare.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning an exercise or nutrition program if you have medical concerns.
Safe participation
Clients participate voluntarily and are responsible for exercising within their own abilities.
If pain, dizziness, injury, or unusual symptoms occur, clients should stop the activity and seek appropriate medical advice before continuing.
Right to refuse or discontinue coaching
Araising reserves the right to refuse or discontinue coaching services if:
Client safety is at risk.
False information has been provided.
Communication becomes inappropriate or abusive.
The coaching relationship is no longer productive.
These Terms & Conditions are repeatedly violated.
Whenever possible, any concerns will be discussed with the client before coaching is discontinued.
