Payments before coaching begins
Payments are required before coaching begins. Access to onboarding, your personalized Trainero program, and coaching services is provided once your application has been approved and payment has been received.
Refund requests are reviewed individually
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Decisions are based on the timing of the request, services already provided, and the specific coaching agreement in place.
Coaching already delivered
Because every coaching program is personalized, refunds are generally not available for coaching services that have already been delivered, including onboarding, program design, weekly check-ins, feedback, or completed coaching sessions.
Recurring payment cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date whenever possible to avoid future charges.
Refund or cancellation requests
Every request is reviewed fairly and in accordance with the agreed coaching terms.
